From the cultivation of the vines, to the vinification process in our winery, the Montaiguillon team are constantly searching for the perfect assemblage for this first wine. The precise vinification process is aligned to the family’s tradition, as the wine is aged for at least one year in oak barrels.
Each year, a careful selection is carried out to establish the optimal, refined assemblage. Always prioritising quality over quantity, only the best components of the harvest find themselves in that year’s production.
The result is a powerful wine, elegant and aromatic, which is now widely acclaimed – especially oversees. These wines age well, and will therefore bring you, your family, and friends joy and delight for many years.
